PacNW MKII RT72
Greetings from the slightly damp Pacific North West. I've got a MKII hard top that I picked up the other year. Its mostly there with some...work done by a previous owner (such as shaving the door handles and not properly installing the poppers and breaking the back glass and putting an old F*#d Capri V6 under the hood). I figured I would post up here hoping that I could get pointed in the right direction on parts (such as that back glass and a windshield gasket). I do own other Toyotas such as a MKIII Supra, MR2, a Stout, and the ugliest Celica LB on the planet all in various states of (dis)repair.
Anyhow, if any of you out there know where to get rubber goods and other items for these cars I would appreciate a heads up.

First off, welcome! You're screen name looked very familiar, and Google showed why - probably about as "famous" as mine in the Toyota world. You don't happen to know shonuff do you (you must - too close in location, and too many vehicles in common)?
It's amazing how much the front end resembles a 1st gen Celica, and the rear view, looking at the deck lid, resembles a 2nd gen Celica. Beautiful car though! Capri V6? The 60 degree I assume? In the day, those were sweet engines. I had a friend in HS that had one, and it was a blast!

Yeah, I have a lot of Toyotas and as a result I get around a bit. The Capri motor wouldn't be so bad if it was the common 2.8 that Ford put in everything, but its not. This thing has the 2.6 that was only made for 2 years and is impossible to find parts for, so if there is somebody looking for a correct motor for a 72 or 73 Capri I am open to offers.

If you're going v8, please don't put in an LSx motor. A 1uz corona would be sweet!

If you are serious google 1UZ swap kits and you will be able to find the parts. The rest is a make it up as you go mix of parts and custom fab. I hope you own some good shop tools and welding equipment and (or) have a (huge) pile of cash, because that is what it takes. If you have a MX series you should be able to make it fit. If you have a T series then don't bother because the engine bay is nowhere near big enough.
