Hi from Ohio Empty Hi from Ohio

My name is Willy and I'm from northeast Ohio. I've got a 78 Corona sedan (neverending) project and was directed here by a2ndopinion. I've been hooked on Toyotas since before I was driving. My first car was a 79 Celica liftback which I still have over ten years later. Shortly after I started driving, I noticed an ugly green Corona parked in a driveway a few blocks from my house. About three years later I saw it on Ebay, made them a cash offer and now I have it. Turns out the previous owner had it shipped from California and then never really drove it. I think it currently has 97k miles. It's been sitting in the driveway at my grandparents' house since early fall due to me not having much space for cars with my current housing situation and having my Celica and xB there.

Since acquiring it, I've swapped in a 22R block, had the 20R head gone over, shorty header, Mikuni side drafts, a custom exhaust, Supra wheels, and lowered it a bit. It still needs a bit of work to get it where I want it, but someday it will be finished.

One of my favorite pics of the Corona. It looks so tiny.

Wow, sweet! Running an aftermarket cam? Is it quick? Manual or auto? Suspension?
