Weed Legal In WA

So this week marijuana becomes legal in WA state. Sounds like interesting circumstances for WSP, trying to figure out how to control "driving under the influence."

To me it sounds like a cash in for all the extra DUIs. I have a friend with his medical marijuana card and he has 4 DUIs for driving while high. He got the last one move to negligent, but he's about $12 grand into the rest.

I also read that they are trying to get a field test approved. Because so far all they had for the field is piss or hair. Which both hold THC for months and in the case of hair, years. So they have a blood test in the works, because THC only stays in the blood for hours.

So yea, there's my 2 cents.

Here in South Australia we have road side saliva testing, you just lick a little card thing and they get a result in about a minute on the side of the road

Just dont drive smelling like weed and should be fine .
